Marouflage is an ancient technique that involves artwork painted on paper or canvas which is then glued directly on a wall, ceiling or other permanent surface.
At Art ’tis Fun we sell paintings of artwork using the marouflage technique, on canvas or prepasted wallpaper that gives a blank wall an open and inviting feel. Premium paintings are done on canvas and are very durable. Economy paintings are done on prepasted wallpaper and are easier to install.
The painting can be made to be interactive with your child’s favorite wall decals (like The Avengers, Pokemon or Little Princesses). Your child will enjoy an ever-changing mural that is only limited by their imagination.
